The agreement for using ChoralHub. Short, because a long one nobody reads protects nobody.

A tool for running a choir: scores and recordings, rehearsals and attendance, announcements, and a record of how the repertoire is coming along.
It is provided as it is. It is not a backup service, not a document archive of record, and not somewhere to keep the only copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
One account, one person. Do not share your password or let someone else use your account — attendance, recordings and comments are attributed to you.
You must be old enough to agree to this yourself. If you are not, a parent or guardian has to agree on your behalf.
Keep your email address current. It is how you recover access, and it is the only way we can reach you.
You join with an invite code, and the choir's owner or an administrator approves you. They can also remove you, which ends your access to that choir's material.
Your choir's administrators can see your contact details and manage your membership. They can also promote you, and change what you are allowed to do.
You keep whatever rights you have in what you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it to your choir, which is the only way the app can work.
Only upload material you have the right to upload. Sheet music and recordings are usually somebody's copyright, and that somebody is often not the choir. Whether your choir has the right to share a particular score is your choir's responsibility to know, not ours to police.
Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything about another person that they would not expect you to share.
We may remove material we are told is infringing, and we may suspend an account that keeps posting it.
That it will always be available. It runs on services we do not own, it is maintained by a small number of people, and it will occasionally be down.
That nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.
That it will keep working the same way. Features change, and some are removed.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from your profile. It takes effect immediately.
We can suspend or remove an account that is being used to harm someone, to break the law, or to attack the service. We would rather write to you first, and usually will.
If they change materially, the date at the top changes and you will be asked to read them again before carrying on.
